• We have different kinds of power plugs available, so please let us know which one you need for you product, American plug, EU plug or other plugs. By default, we match power adapter plug with requirement of the country where the customer’s address is located.
• We have different lens for some cameras. Please check our product specifications and let us know which lens you need by Message. By default, without any clear indication from the customer, we will send default lens that we have in stock.
• Please take the product information as reference and let us know your plan and the important functions you focus on for the camera and we will confirm what you concern and give you professional advices. Full communication will help you get the right product and a better deal for both of us.
We have long-term cooperation with experienced carriers, which help us and our customers select the most suitable shipment with reasonable freight cost. We recommend speedy couriers like FedEx, DHL and UPS, as the most customers choose. However, the most reliable and affordable way of shipment depends on your address.
• We only ship to confirmed order address. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address and should be correct!
• We are unable to take any responsibility for any customs duty or delay.
• By default, we would declare a reasonable lower value for you
• Import duties, taxes or charges are not included in the item’s price or its shipping cost, so they should be paid by customers. Please consider this as part of your purchase cost.
• Please check with your country's custom office to determine what and how much the additional costs will be prior to buying. We do not want our customer to have any unexpected charges.
• In order to avoid exorbitant customs & import charges, please kindly advise us the value you would like us to put on the invoice. By default, we would declare a reasonable lower value for you. Please kindly note that it’s your responsibility for the customs clearance when the packages arrive in your country’s customs. Any delay or ignorance of customs clearance of the packages is prohibited. If you don't clear the customs for a long time, the package will be sent back to us, then it’s your responsibility to pay for the shipment cost that we paid for the package to your country.

4) We encourage international buyers to become familiar with their countries duties fees. It is customers’ responsibility to pay for any fees charged by customs in their country.
• 1 YEAR Warranty for Defective Items Except the items damaged or misused after receipt. Accessories have 3-month warranty. We only judge products DEFECTIVE or not by its functions and performance.
• Since receipt, Defective Items above MUST be reported within 7 days and Returned within 20 days with all accessories, perfect product appearance and original package. During this time, the customer is qualified to refund or replace free of any charge. If the item is in the buyer's possession more than 7 days, it is considered to be used and the customer is not qualified to replace or refund.
• We provide free repair service for the Defective Items during the warranty periods. Shipment cost is shared by both seller and buyer in the first 4 month of the warranty and bear by the buyer totally after that. We charge our repair service and do not pay shipping cost for any items which are damaged or misused or expired after receipt.
